Spine & Orthopedic Conditions

Pain is information — not a sentence. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or trying to get back to the activities you love, we'll figure it out together.

Primary focus: Spine & Neck

Your body is more resilient than you've been told.
Most people who come to me have been trying — they just haven't been given the right tools. They've been told to rest, avoid, or push through, without anyone actually getting to the root of what's going on. I specialize in spine and orthopedic conditions, treating athletes, active adults, and everyone in between. You'll always work directly with me — no techs, no handoffs. We'll identify what's actually driving your pain and build a plan that finally makes sense.

Spine & Neck

Your back has been holding you back — from lifting, skiing, sitting, sleeping.

Whether you've been given a diagnosis or just know something isn't right, I'll help you figure out what's actually driving it. Most spine pain has nothing to do with being broken — and everything to do with load, movement patterns, and a nervous system that's been on high alert. We'll sort through it together and get you moving again.

You may have been told you have
Low back pain Herniated disc Sciatica Spinal stenosis SI joint dysfunction Low back strain Spondylolisthesis Spondylosis / OA Ankylosing spondylitis

Neck pain, nerve pain, or headaches that won't quit.

Radiating pain into the arms, tension that won't release, or headaches that seem to start in your neck — these are frustrating, limiting, and often mismanaged. I'll look at the full picture: where the pain is coming from, what's contributing to it, and how to actually address it rather than just managing symptoms.

Neck pain Cervical radiculopathy Lumbar radiculopathy Cervicogenic headaches Disc herniation Nerve impingement TMJ disorder

Beyond the Spine

You want to keep running — without breaking down.

Running injuries are rarely just about where it hurts. I look at the whole picture — training load, movement mechanics, footwear, history — to find what's actually driving the issue and build a plan that gets you back on the road or trail without just telling you to stop running.

You may have been told you have
IT band syndrome Plantar fasciitis Shin splints Stress fracture / reaction Achilles tendinopathy Runner's knee

Hip pain that's limiting your squat, your stride, or your sleep.

Hip pain can be sneaky — it shows up in the groin, the glute, the low back, even the knee. I'll help you identify what's actually going on and build the strength and mobility to move without compensating.

You may have been told you have
Hip osteoarthritis FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) Labral tear Hip bursitis Referred hip pain

You're hypermobile — and everything everyone tells you seems to make it worse.

HSD and EDS require a completely different approach than standard orthopedic care. More stretching isn't the answer. I understand how hypermobility affects load tolerance, proprioception, and pain — and I build programs that create real stability without pushing past what your body can handle.

You may have been told you have
Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) Joint instability Generalized joint hypermobility

Jaw pain, clicking, or headaches nobody seems to take seriously.

TMD is one of the most undertreated musculoskeletal conditions out there. The jaw, neck, and upper back are deeply connected — and often the best results come from treating them together. If you've been bouncing between dentists and specialists without answers, PT may be the missing piece.

You may have been told you have
TMD / TMJ dysfunction Jaw pain Bruxism Headaches Facial pain
