Pelvic floor PT is not just Kegels.
Most people don't know pelvic floor physical therapy exists until they're desperate — and most people who try it wish they'd found it sooner. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, dealing with pain, leaking, or navigating a diagnosis nobody seems to take seriously, there's a lot we can do together. I work with people of all genders and life stages, in a one-on-one setting where you'll always see me directly.
Pain that nobody has been able to fully explain — or fix.
Pelvic pain is one of the most common and most dismissed symptoms in healthcare. It can show up as period pain, pain with sex, deep hip pain, tailbone pain, or something that just feels vague and constant. It often has a musculoskeletal component that gets missed entirely. I take a thorough, whole-person approach to figure out what's actually driving it.

Leaking, urgency, or bowel issues that are limiting your life.
Leaking when you run, sneeze, or lift isn't something you just have to live with — and it's not an inevitable part of aging or having kids. Bladder and bowel dysfunction are incredibly responsive to pelvic floor PT. Whether it's urgency, frequency, incomplete emptying, or constipation, there's almost always something we can do.

Urge incontinence
Bladder & bowel incontinence
Interstitial cystitis / painful bladder syndrome
Constipation
Incomplete emptying
Overactive bladder
Your body is changing with menopause — and nobody warned you about this part.
Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) affects a huge portion of people going through perimenopause and menopause — and it's massively underdiagnosed and undertreated. Dryness, pain, urinary changes, and pelvic floor shifts are all real and all addressable. You don't have to just push through.
You may be dealing with
Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM)
Vaginal dryness / atrophy
Pelvic organ prolapse
Urinary urgency or leaking
Painful intercourse
You had surgery — and your core and pelvic floor haven't felt right since.
Abdominal and pelvic surgeries — including C-sections, hysterectomies, appendectomies, and hernia repairs — leave behind scar tissue that can affect how you move, breathe, and feel. Scar mobilization, core retraining, and pelvic floor rehab can make a significant difference, even years after surgery.
You may have had
C-section
Hysterectomy
Abdominal surgery
Hernia repair
Diastasis recti
Appendectomy
Pelvic floor PT isn't just for women. Male pelvic health is one of the most underserved areas in PT — most men don't know this kind of care exists, or don't realize their symptoms have a musculoskeletal component. They do.
Pelvic pain, leaking, or dysfunction you've been quietly dealing with.
Whether it's pelvic pain that flares with sitting, urinary leaking after prostate surgery, sexual dysfunction, or nerve pain that radiates into the groin or thigh — these symptoms are real, common, and often significantly improved with targeted pelvic floor PT. You don't have to normalize them.
You may be dealing with
Pelvic pain
Pudendal neuralgia
Post-prostatectomy incontinence
Erectile dysfunction
Chronic prostatitis
Urinary urgency / frequency
Tailbone / coccyx pain
Groin or perineal pain
